The highest-level advisory body for medium-sized enterprises, designed to support their sustainable growth, has been launched.

The Korea Federation of Medium-sized Enterprises announced that it held the '2025 Korea Federation of Medium-sized Enterprises Management Advisory Committee 1st Meeting' at the Shilla Hotel Seoul on the 27th. During the meeting, participants shared their understanding of key issues such as sustainable growth, corporate governance, and the labor market, focusing on the policy direction of the new government, and sought reasonable improvement measures.

The 'Management Advisory Committee' is an advisory body established to strengthen the representativeness and execution capabilities of the Korea Federation of Medium-sized Enterprises (KOFME), a statutory economic organization representing medium-sized enterprises. It was established last year through discussions among the senior vice chairmen and a resolution of the board of directors. The committee consists of approximately 15 members, including the chairperson, who are appointed from among the senior vice chairmen of KOFME. The term is one year and can be renewed.
