Held from July 4 to August 24
Music Pool Party with Artificial Waves
'Two Park' Event for Access to Everland
With the official start of summer in July, a music festival is coming where visitors can enjoy exciting music while cooling off in the waves.
On June 30, Samsung C&T Resort Division announced that Everland's water park, Caribbean Bay, will host the "Water Music Pool Party" every day from July 4 to August 24. Starting July 4, thrill attractions such as the Water Bobsleigh and Surfing Ride will also begin operating, with all water play facilities running at full capacity. In addition, a "Two Park" special event will allow guests to enjoy both the water park and theme park in a single day. As the school vacation and holiday season begins, Caribbean Bay is offering even more attractions for visitors.
First, the Water Music Pool Party will take place on a special stage at Caribbean Bay's outdoor wave pool, where guests can enjoy music while facing artificial waves up to 2.4 meters high. At the Water Music Pool Party, held in partnership with Samsung Card, renowned club DJs such as Bandalrock and Junkoco will energize the atmosphere by playing a variety of music genres including K-pop and EDM for water park visitors.
In particular, special performances by top-tier domestic artists, including idol groups and hip-hop musicians, will be held alongside the DJ pool party. The lineup of star performances is being revealed sequentially, with Changmo (July 5), Koyote (July 12), QWER (July 19), and Riize (August 7) already announced, generating significant excitement and anticipation among fans.
Caribbean Bay has also put significant effort into preparing the stage to deliver even cooler and more dynamic performances for visitors. The number of water cannons and water guns that shoot at the audience has been increased more than threefold compared to last year, and a new large LED (light-emitting diode) screen has been installed to broadcast performances in real time. With upgraded stage equipment and special effects, guests can enjoy the shows in a more vivid and exciting way.
Samsung Card is participating as the main partner for this year's Water Music Pool Party and will offer a variety of customer experiences, including a private relaxation zone and brand booths.
From July 4 to August 24, while the Water Music Pool Party is underway, the Two Park special event will also be held, allowing guests to enjoy both Caribbean Bay water park and Everland theme park in one day. During this period, customers who purchase a full-day pass to Caribbean Bay can enter Everland for free starting at 1 p.m., while afternoon pass holders can enter Everland for free starting at 5 p.m. Free admission to Everland is available only on the same day as the Caribbean Bay visit.
Additionally, from July 7 to August 24, a special attendance check event will be held for guests who visit both Caribbean Bay and Everland. Each week for a total of seven weeks, one person will be selected by lottery to receive 18.75 grams (5 don) of pure gold. Anyone who visits both Caribbean Bay and Everland during the event period can participate by scanning the QR code provided on-site or through the mobile app. The winner of the 18.75 grams of gold will be announced every Monday.
At Caribbean Bay's Harbor Master Restaurant, the "Carib Food Trip" food festival, where guests can enjoy spicy and sweet Mexican cuisine in an exotic setting, has been underway since June 27. Running until July 17, the Carib Food Trip offers a variety of popular Mexican dishes, including the trending Walking Taco, fajitas, pork ribs, and ragu rice. The well-known Mexican restaurant brand On The Border has also opened a pop-up store for the festival, featuring popular menu items such as lobster tacos and beef burritos.
This summer, Everland and Caribbean Bay are hosting a vibrant summer festival in collaboration with the globally popular IP (intellectual property) "One Piece." One Piece is a hit animated series featuring the adventures of Luffy, who dreams of becoming the Pirate King, and the Straw Hat Pirates. In a large-scale One Piece-themed area, visitors can immerse themselves in a variety of character content, including photo zones, events, food, and merchandise.
