From Fresh Cheese to Aged Cheese: Cheese Blending
On June 30, Pulmuone Foods announced the launch of two varieties of its frozen pizza, '8 Cheese Blending Cheese Pizza' (Classic Tomato and Sweet Cheese), featuring the rich flavors of eight different cheeses.
'8 Cheese Blending Cheese Pizza' is a product that blends eight types of cheese, allowing consumers to enjoy the deep flavors and textures of cheese. The blend maximizes the authentic taste of aged cheeses such as mozzarella, cream cheese, Parmigiano Reggiano, gouda, emmental, and camembert. Each cheese is blended in an optimal combination, taking into account its unique aging process, ingredients, and flavor profile.
The product is available in two varieties: 'Classic Tomato,' which highlights the flavor of tomatoes, and 'Sweet Cheese,' which offers a savory and sweet taste. 'Classic Tomato' (340g, 9,980 KRW) features a crispy and chewy traditional dough topped with fresh tomato sauce to deliver the classic taste of cheese pizza. 'Sweet Cheese' (330g, 9,980 KRW) is made with a soft and tender dough, topped with gorgonzola cheese and sweet honey.
A Pulmuone Foods representative stated, "As both consumer demand for a variety of frozen pizzas at reasonable prices and preferences for cheese have increased, we have launched a cheese pizza that allows people to enjoy cheese deliciously by blending eight types of cheese." The representative added, "We plan to continue introducing frozen pizzas that meet consumer needs and trends, further strengthening our competitiveness in the market."
