The area surrounding the new apartment is expected to be transformed into a residential complex through the Yeongdeungpo New Town Urban Environment Redevelopment Project. Yeongdeungpo Market Station on Subway Line 5 and Yeongdeungpo Station on Line 1 are nearby. There are elementary, middle, and high schools close to the complex, and Mokdong's private education district is also easily accessible.

Department stores, large supermarkets, and traditional markets are located nearby, and major infrastructure such as a general hospital, district office, and library are also in close proximity. All units are primarily oriented to the south, and specialized designs such as cross-ventilation structures, L-shaped kitchens, and entrance pantries are applied depending on the unit type. Community facilities for residents will include a fitness center, indoor golf practice range, daycare center, and a small library.

The ground level will be designed as a car-free zone. Approximately 25 percent of the site area will be developed as landscaping and rest areas. Attention has also been paid to security and air purification systems. Entrance smart door cameras, fingerprint recognition digital door locks, and unmanned parcel delivery systems will be installed. The model house is located at Summit Gallery on Yeongdong-daero in Gangnam-gu, Seoul.
