On June 27, Lotte Construction announced that it will introduce 'Leel Riverpark Centum' in Centum City, Haeundae, Busan. This will be the first Leel complex supplied in Busan. The company will open a model home and begin sales on July 11.

The complex will consist of one 48-story building and five 67-story buildings, totaling 2,070 units. Exclusive floor areas range from 84 square meters to 244 square meters. Of these, 94% are medium-to-large units with exclusive areas of 104 square meters or more, making them suitable for buyers seeking spacious homes.

The location is in the heart of Centum City, Jaesong-dong, Haeundae District. Shinsegae Department Store, BEXCO, and the city art museum are nearby. The transportation network is well-developed, with Donghae Line, Gwangan Bridge, and Beonyeong-ro all easily accessible. The Mandeok-Centum Urban Expressway is also scheduled to open in 2026.

'Leel Riverpark Centum' will feature community facilities covering approximately 10,000 square meters (3,300 pyeong). Amenities will include an indoor swimming pool, sauna, fitness center, golf practice range, breakfast service, cafe lounge, signature salon, and a pet cafe. For two years after move-in, a portion of community usage fees and operating costs will be subsidized.

A media facade (a building exterior used as a screen for video content) will be installed on the building's outer wall, extending from the rooftop to the podium and the walking paths. Within the complex, a canal-shaped space called 'Canal Street' will also be created, providing a venue for performances, events, and leisurely walks.

The tallest building in the complex will reach 67 stories, making it the tallest private apartment building in Busan. Each unit will have access to 2.07 parking spaces. An automatic food waste transfer system (EcoHome) will also be implemented.

An advanced industrial complex is planned for the Centum 2 district. With the relocation of the existing defense industry plant confirmed, development has begun in earnest. The new Haeundae District Office building is also scheduled for completion in 2027.

Lotte Construction plans to establish a startup support facility called 'Unicorn Tower' within the complex, providing space for startups specializing in artificial intelligence (AI), big data, and related fields. A pedestrian bridge connecting to the Suyeong River will also be constructed.

The model home will be located near Haewon Elementary School in U-dong, Haeundae District, Busan.
