The 'Food & Wine Classic' is an annual event hosted by 'Food & Wine,' a culinary magazine published by the influential American weekly 'Time.' This year, more than 70 renowned chefs and food and beverage industry experts from around the world participated, and over 40 cooking demonstrations and a variety of tasting events were held.
For the first time this year, LG Electronics participated in the Food & Wine Classic, introducing a range of SKS products to approximately 4,000 booth visitors and providing a premium kitchen appliance experience.
Products on display included the 'Pro Range,' the industry's first to integrate gas stove, induction, and sous-vide functions; the 'French Door Refrigerator,' featuring five temperature-controlled drawers and a luxurious metallic design; and the 'Built-in Oven,' equipped with Gourmet AI, which analyzes ingredients via an internal camera and recommends customized recipes. The company also held cooking demonstrations utilizing SKS technology, which enhances the natural flavors of food.

In addition, LG Electronics attracted attention by hosting a variety of seminars in collaboration with world-renowned chefs, including Stephanie Izard, a recipient of the 'James Beard Award,' which is considered the Oscars of the American culinary industry. In particular, a seminar held with famous American food columnist Mark Bittman on the topic of 'The Evolution of Sous-Vide, Steam, and Searing Technologies' drew an audience of more than 150 people.
Meanwhile, earlier this year, LG Electronics rebranded its ultra-premium built-in kitchen appliance line 'Signature Kitchen Suite' as SKS and is strengthening its strategy to target the global built-in appliance market. While retaining the brand philosophy of 'True to Food,' the company changed the name to SKS for greater intuitiveness for customers. Launched in 2016, SKS has established itself as a leading built-in brand recognized in premium markets such as North America and Europe, thanks to its advanced built-in technology and customer trust.
