POSCO E&C is currently selling 'Onard Beomeo,' a high-end mixed-use residential complex, at 1 Beomeo-dong, Suseong-gu, Daegu (the former Daegu MBC site). The complex consists exclusively of extra-large units with a dedicated area of 136 square meters or more, and features luxury amenities such as a sky lounge, an in-complex cinema, and concierge services. The company aims to elevate the standard of residential culture in Daegu through these premium designs.
Onard Beomeo will be built with six basement levels and 33 above-ground floors, comprising a total of five buildings. It is a mixed-use development featuring 604 apartment units, residential officetels, and commercial facilities. All units are offered at 136 square meters or larger. Specifically, there are 93 units of 136 square meters, 30 units of 139 square meters, 211 units of 153 square meters, 255 units of 156 square meters, 2 units of 160 square meters, 5 units of 168 square meters, 5 units of 170 square meters, 1 unit of 226 square meters, and 2 units of 244 square meters. Applications open with special supply on the 30th, followed by first-priority applications on the 1st of the following month and second-priority applications on the 2nd. Residents of Daegu and Gyeongbuk, including current homeowners, are eligible for first-priority applications, and there are no restrictions on repeat winning or mandatory residency. Only a 5% down payment is required to secure a unit, and 60% of the interim payment is interest-free.
The move-in designation period is set at a generous six months, and a 'Contract Terms Safety Guarantee System' has been introduced, which retroactively applies any favorable changes to contract terms after signing. The model home is located in Hwanggeum-dong, Suseong-gu, Daegu, and can be visited on weekends without a reservation.
