Samsung Launches 2025 OLED TV Ads, Sets "True OLED Standard"

Highlighting Core Features Such as Anti-Reflection Technology
Expanded to 14 Models Across 6 Sizes

Starting on June 26, Samsung Electronics will launch a new advertising campaign for its 2025 Samsung OLED (Organic Light Emitting Diode) TV.

Samsung Electronics explained that the campaign will be featured not only on TV channels but also on digital platforms such as YouTube and Naver, as well as IPTV (Internet Protocol Television), and outdoor advertisements including building elevators.

The three new commercials launching with this campaign highlight the core strengths of Samsung OLED: anti-reflection technology, Pantone color certification, and an ultra-slim thickness of 11mm. The company emphasized that these features set the standard for what a true OLED should offer.

The 2025 Samsung OLED features an improved version of the "anti-reflection technology" first introduced last year. This anti-reflection technology is Samsung's proprietary technology, certified by the global certification body UL.

The anti-reflection technology effectively reduces light reflection by dispersing sunlight or indoor lighting at various angles and directions. As a result, users do not need to draw the curtains during the day and can enjoy immersive viewing at night even with bright lights on, without worrying about glare.

The 2025 Samsung OLED has received both "Pantone Color Certification" and "Pantone Skintone Certification" from Pantone, a global color authority, enabling the TV to accurately reproduce 2,140 Pantone standard colors and 110 skin tones. Additionally, the "Infinity One Design" minimizes distractions for a more focused viewing experience.

The screen, with minimized bezels on all four sides, reduces the boundary between the display and its surroundings. Its slim and uniform thickness of approximately 11mm allows it to be mounted flush against the wall, offering a theater-like immersive content experience.

To provide consumers in Korea with a wider range of OLED options, Samsung Electronics has expanded its lineup this year to 14 models across six sizes (83, 77, 65, 55, 48, and 42 inches), adding one size and four models compared to last year.

Recently, sales have been increasing. In May alone, Samsung OLED sales rose by about 140% compared to the same period last year. In particular, sales of ultra-large models 77 inches and above more than doubled year-on-year.

Until the end of this month, Samsung Electronics is running the "Switch to Samsung OLED" promotion, which offers up to 300,000 won in Samsung Membership points to customers who trade in their old TV?regardless of manufacturer?and purchase a Samsung OLED promotional model.
