These textbooks have been created in Korean, English, Vietnamese, Cambodian, and Nepali, reflecting the demographics of foreign workers in Gyeonggi Province.

Gyeonggi Province plans to distribute the materials primarily to workplaces that receive chemical accident prevention consulting and those supported for the installation and improvement of safety facilities. In addition, the materials have been shared with city and county governments so they can produce and utilize their own versions.

Park Daekeun, Director of Environmental Health and Safety at Gyeonggi Province, stated, "We will continue to make efforts to ensure that workers can work in a safe environment by providing information on chemical safety."

Meanwhile, according to Statistics Korea, 72% of the 490,000 foreign residents in the province are participating in economic activities, and a significant number of migrant workers are employed at approximately 6,000 chemical-handling workplaces in the province.
