Hope Bridge Korea Disaster Relief Association (Chairman Song Pilho) announced on the 25th that it has provided 2,220 sets of heatwave and infectious disease response kits to Seoul City for neighbors vulnerable to heatwaves and infectious diseases during the summer. The delivered kits will be distributed sequentially to disaster-vulnerable groups in Seoul, including people with disabilities and the homeless.
The "heatwave and infectious disease response kit" is a package designed to help protect health in daily life from climate disasters during the summer. It contains a total of 14 items for heatwave response and infectious disease prevention, including a cool mat, cooling fan, fan, blackout umbrella, hand sanitizer, saline glucose, and multivitamins.
Hoon Shin, Secretary General of Hope Bridge, said, "I hope this kit will be a great comfort to those vulnerable to summer disasters," and added, "Hope Bridge will continue to actively respond to heatwaves and infectious diseases together with the local community."
