The land compensation process for the creation of the Singil General Industrial Complex in Singil-dong, Danwon-gu, Ansan-si, Gyeonggi Province, is set to begin.
On June 25, Ansan City announced that it will officially disclose the land compensation plan for the Singil Industrial Complex on June 30.
The Singil Industrial Complex is an industrial park being developed by Ansan Urban Corporation, covering an area of 278,947 square meters at 331-1 Singil-dong and its surrounding area. The project entered its full-scale phase after the industrial complex plan was approved and announced last year following a review by Gyeonggi Province. The complex will be directly connected to the Namansan Interchange on the Pyeongtaek-Siheung Expressway. The southern boundary of the complex is adjacent to the Banwol National Industrial Complex.
The development of the complex was initiated to accommodate the relocation and expansion needs of companies currently located in the Banwol National Industrial Complex due to its aging infrastructure. Additionally, it aims to attract strategic industries in new growth sectors such as advanced materials and convergence components.
Detailed information regarding compensation, procedures, and timelines can be found in the 'Notices and Announcements' section of the Ansan City Hall website.
Lee Minguen, Mayor of Ansan, stated, "The Singil General Industrial Complex is a key project that will shape the future of Ansan City," adding, "We will ensure the smooth progress of the project to revitalize the local economy and create more jobs."
