Three New Chinese Dishes Including "Mango Cream Shrimp"
New Korean Menu Item: "Whole Chicken Hot Pot" Released
Ourhome announced on the 25th that its premium food and beverage service brand exclusively for golf courses, 'Green Lounge,' has launched new summer season menu items.
'Green Lounge' is a brand introduced by Ourhome last year to offer golfers a differentiated golfing experience and premium food and beverage service. With the concept of a 'golf trip,' it presents a variety of unique seasonal menus inspired by cuisines from around the world as well as reinterpretations of traditional Korean dishes.
The concept for this summer season is 'Hainan Sanya Beach' in China. Inspired by the upscale golf resort restaurants of Hainan, a famous Chinese vacation destination, three new Chinese-style dishes that capture the essence of summer have been launched. 'Mango Cream Shrimp' is a fried shrimp dish topped with tropical fruits such as mango and dragon fruit, finished with a cream sauce. 'Lemon Tangsuyuk' features sweet and sour pork served in a crispy spring roll shell. 'Chinese Cold Noodles' is a premium nourishing cold noodle dish topped with ingredients such as abalone, blanched octopus, five-spice beef, vegetables, and pickles.
New Korean dishes using seasonal ingredients have also been introduced. Under the concept of 'Taste of Korean Summer,' the menu features healthy dishes to help guests recharge during the hot weather, as well as light snacks that pair well with drinks. The signature dishes are 'Whole Chicken Hot Pot,' simmered with herbal ingredients and nourishing broth, and 'Spicy Squid Salad with Flat Dumplings,' which pairs spicy squid salad with flat dumplings. For dessert, 'Classic Patbingsu' (shaved ice with red beans) and 'Matcha Bingsu' (shaved ice with matcha) are offered.
The new menu items are available at the start houses and clubhouses of domestic golf courses operated by Ourhome, including Solmoro CC, Royal Lynx CC, and Shambala CC. The menu selection varies by location.
An Ourhome representative stated, "By featuring unique international and Korean dishes inspired by the concept of a golf trip, we aim to provide golfers with a gourmet experience that captures the essence of each season," adding, "We will continue to enhance our menu offerings and services to maintain a differentiated competitive edge in the golf course food and beverage market."
