Daegu Cyber University is accepting applications for new and transfer students for the second semester of the 2025 academic year until July 16.
In particular, the university plans to focus on nurturing talent with practical job competencies and realizing social value through its 15 departments specialized in the fields of healing and care.

The departments recruiting students include a total of 15 majors: Play Therapy, Art Therapy, Speech Therapy, Behavior Therapy, Counseling Psychology, Psychomotricity, Clinical Psychology, Rehabilitation Counseling, Social Welfare, Social Welfare Counseling, Special Education, Korean Language and Multicultural Studies, Public Administration, Electrical and Electronic Engineering, and K-Food Business.
The university supports students' entry into professional careers such as speech-language pathologist, clinical psychologist, and youth counselor through a practical curriculum linked to more than 20 types of national and private certifications.
It is also noteworthy that the university offers micro-degree programs that enable interdisciplinary integration among various majors, thereby enhancing students' career flexibility.
Meanwhile, the graduate school (Department of Art Counseling), which was the first in the world to launch an online doctoral program in art counseling and therapy, began accepting applications for new master's and doctoral students on May 29.
Daegu Cyber University also highlights its various advantages, such as an industrial partnership admissions track for working professionals, affordable tuition (approximately 1.36 million KRW for 18 credits), more than 40 types of scholarships, and an online one-stop application system.
