Dr. Oh Eunyoung, a psychiatrist specializing in mental health, has moved the space where she listens to people's hearts from her clinic and studio into nature. Through the MBN 30th anniversary special entertainment program "Oh Eunyoung Stay," she spends two days and one night with participants, sharing comfort and empathy.
At the online production presentation held on the 23rd, Dr. Oh said, "I participated not as a counselor, but as a person sharing my heart with the participants," adding, "I hope this will be a time to look into each other's lives in nature, receive comfort, and seek the possibility of change through the power of the group."
"Oh Eunyoung Stay" is a healing program filmed at Ssanggyesa Temple in Hadong, Gyeongnam. Participants who have faced turning points in life stay in a templestay format, share their stories, and empathize with each other's experiences. This is the first time Dr. Oh is meeting non-celebrities outdoors rather than in her clinic.
Dr. Oh explained, "This program does not offer expert solutions. The focus is on listening to the participants' lives, empathizing with them, and the comfort that comes from the group." She added, "All participants are people who have cherished their lives. You will be able to experience firsthand how great a change can occur when hearts come together."

She also emphasized the need for counseling programs. Dr. Oh said, "It is difficult to share what is in your heart, but it is extremely important. In the process of understanding myself and grasping what it means to be human, you can see your wounds differently and gain the strength to live again." She added, "No matter what trials come in life, I hope people can remember that their lives are still valuable."
In line with the templestay format, Dr. Oh appears with a natural look, setting aside her trademark 'lion's mane' hairstyle. She said, "I decided to become one with nature during filming. You will be able to see my bare face and a relaxed side of me that I have not shown on television before."
"Oh Eunyoung Stay" is hosted by Dr. Oh, actress Go Soyoung, and comedian Moon Seyoon, and airs every Monday at 9:10 p.m. on MBN.
