On the 23rd, the Min Jungki special prosecutor team announced in a press release, "We have completed requests for the dispatch of 40 prosecutors," and added, "We have also requested the dispatch of two personnel from the Korea Exchange and three from the Korea Deposit Insurance Corporation, among other related institutions."

Regarding the timing of moving into the KT Gwanghwamun Building West office, which will serve as the special prosecutor's office, the team responded, "It will not be possible this week." Previously, the team received approval from the Ministry of Economy and Finance to use the state-owned portion of the building as the special prosecutor's office. The office will be located on the 13th floor of the building.

The Min Jungki special prosecutor team has already secured the dispatch of five chief prosecutors, including Han Moonhyeok, head of the Criminal Division 5 at the Seoul Eastern District Prosecutors' Office, who previously reinvestigated the alleged stock price manipulation involving Deutsche Motors. The team has also requested the additional dispatch of 28 prosecutors, including Jung Gwangsoo from the Seoul High Prosecutors' Office.

If seven more prosecutors are dispatched, the team will reach the maximum of 40 dispatched prosecutors as stipulated by the special prosecutor law. When asked about how the investigative teams will be assigned to each case, Special Prosecutor Min replied, "That is currently under discussion."

Appointed on the 12th, Special Prosecutor Min is entitled to a 20-day preparation period until July 2 under the special prosecutor law. The team is expected to begin formulating a full-scale investigation plan as soon as the dispatch of the investigative team is completed.
