Special Supply Begins on the 30th; Winners Announced Next Month

Namhae General Construction announced on June 23 that it has opened the model house for Leonette 2nd in the Bongsun-dong area of Nam-gu, Gwangju, and has officially begun sales.


Leonette 2nd consists of one building with two basement levels and 15 above-ground floors, offering exclusive floor areas of 130 to 142 square meters (56 units in total). By floor area, there are 54 units of 130 square meters and 2 units of 140 square meters, making them large-sized units that are rare in Gwangju.


The subscription schedule begins with special supply on June 30, followed by first-priority applications (for both local and other regions) on July 1, and second-priority applications on July 2. Winners will be announced on July 9, and the official contract period for successful applicants will take place over three days from July 21 to July 23. The contract deposit is 10% of the sale price, with 5% due at the time of contract and the remaining 5% within one month after signing.


Namhae General Construction plans to provide each buyer with two tickets (A-grade seats or higher) to a football match featuring FC Barcelona, which will be held in Korea this summer. Namhae Global, an affiliate of Namhae General Construction, participated as a co-hosting partner in bringing FC Barcelona's Asia tour to Korea and succeeded in organizing two pre-season matches in the country. As a result, FC Barcelona will play against FC Seoul at Seoul World Cup Stadium on July 31 and against Daegu FC at Daegu Stadium on August 4.


Leonette 2nd offers convenient transportation thanks to its location near major roads such as Bongseon-ro, Daenam-daero, and Seomun-daero, with numerous city and intercity bus routes providing easy access throughout Gwangju. In addition, Baegun Square Station on Gwangju Metro Line 2, scheduled to open at the end of next year, will further enhance transportation convenience in the area.


Residents will also enjoy easy access to various lifestyle amenities, as E-Mart, Bongseon Market, and the central commercial district of Bongsun-dong are all nearby. Yu-an Neighborhood Park, Bongseon Children's Park, and the General Culture and Arts Center are also located in the vicinity.


Most notably, the area boasts a concentration of excellent educational institutions within walking distance. Yu-an Elementary School is adjacent to Leonette 2nd, and other schools such as Bongseon Elementary, Bongseon Middle, Munseong Middle, Donga Girls’ Middle, Munseong High, and Donga Girls’ High are all close by. There is also a cluster of private academies within walking distance that offer a variety of educational programs, making this an optimal residential environment for families with children.


Leonette 2nd features a south-facing flat-plate design, with a variety of specialized layouts befitting a premium large-unit residential complex. An open-concept special terrace is provided, allowing residents to enjoy fresh air and outdoor views without leaving home, and to use the space for gardening, a play area for children, a home cafe, or other lifestyle needs.


Each unit also comes with a dedicated storage room for bulky items or out-of-season goods. The parking ratio is generous, with 2.58 spaces per household. Additional amenities include a state-of-the-art home network system, an air-purifying ventilation system, a parking management system, and more.


The model house is located in the Hwajeong-dong area of Seo-gu, Gwangju, and move-in is scheduled for December 2027.
