As lifestyles continue to change, the criteria for choosing a place to live are becoming more segmented. Nearby, the Dongsin Semiconductor Specialized Complex, Smart Corepolis, and Anseong Technovalley are planned, while Anseong General Industrial Complex No.1 and the planned Anseong Dongsin General Industrial Complex provide a solid base of demand. In terms of transportation, the development of wide-area transit networks such as the Metropolitan Inland Line, the planned Pyeongtaek-Bubal Line, and the Sejong-Pocheon Expressway is underway, which is expected to improve both accessibility and proximity to workplaces.
