Samsung Electronics held a technology seminar in Thailand, unveiling new Bespoke AI (Artificial Intelligence) home appliances and AI-powered technologies.
On June 23, Samsung Electronics announced that it had introduced Bespoke AI home appliance technologies at the "2025 Southeast Asia Tech Seminar" held in Bangkok, Thailand, on June 20.
The company presented new "Bespoke AI Home Appliances" and SmartThings-based appliances to more than 50 key media representatives and experts from six Southeast Asian countries: Thailand, Malaysia, Vietnam, Singapore, Indonesia, and the Philippines.
New products on display included the "Bespoke AI Family Hub" equipped with a 32-inch touchscreen, the Bespoke AI side-by-side refrigerator with a 9-inch touchscreen, and the "Bespoke AI Combo Washer-Dryer" featuring a 7-inch touchscreen.
In addition, Samsung showcased system air conditioners, which are seeing growing demand in the Southeast Asian market, as well as its exclusive Wind-Free technology air conditioner lineup, the latest fully automatic "AI Ecobubble" washing machine with advanced AI features, the "Bespoke AI Jet 400W" vacuum cleaner with 400W suction power, and the "Bespoke AI Steam" robot vacuum cleaner.

Samsung Electronics enabled participants to directly experience its "AI Home" vision, which allows users to easily connect appliances via SmartThings, save time and energy, and keep their homes safe.
Participants praised the Samsung Electronics AI Home ecosystem and the SmartThings "Map View" feature, which allow users to check the status of not only home appliances with screens but also various IoT (Internet of Things) devices such as lights and switches, and conveniently control them.
The company also introduced AI technologies such as Bixby's "Auto Open Door," which lets users open only one side of the refrigerator door with a simple voice command; "AI Customized Laundry," where AI automatically adjusts washing based on the weight and type of laundry; and the "AI Saving Mode" feature.
To promote the innovation of its 2025 "Bespoke AI Home Appliances" to global consumers, Samsung Electronics held a tech seminar in Central and South America on June 4, and plans to continue hosting tech seminars in other key regions, including South West Asia, following this event in Southeast Asia.
