GH Holds 'Workplace Power Abuse Prevention Training' on the 20th

Gyeonggi Housing and Urban Corporation (GH) held a 'Workplace Power Abuse Prevention Training' at its Suwon Gwanggyo headquarters on the 20th, with Acting President Jongseon Lee presiding and more than 80 executives and employees in attendance.

This training was organized as a measure to establish a culture of respect for human rights and fair job performance within the organization. It focused on real-life cases such as unfair orders given by those in positions of power, verbal abuse, and personal instructions. In particular, the acting president personally delivered a strong message about eradicating power abuse.

Jongseon Lee, Acting President of GH, emphasized, "Mutual respect and trust must be the foundation of all professional relationships," and added, "Authoritarian language, unfair instructions, and ostracism are serious issues that undermine the trust within the organization."

Meanwhile, on the 30th of this month, GH executives will conduct an integrity campaign for employees on their way to work. This campaign, being held for the second time following the one in April, is part of ongoing efforts to spread a culture of integrity throughout the organization.
