DaeRyukAju Law Firm has launched the School Violence Response Center to provide specialized and professional legal services related to school violence.


Kiju Tak (Judicial Research and Training Institute, 36th class), who serves as the head of the center, previously held positions such as Director of the Major Crimes Investigation Division at the National Police Agency and Chief of Seoul Seongbuk Police Station. Drawing on his extensive experience in investigations and youth guidance, he will oversee the operation of the School Violence Response Center. In addition, Yuri Jung (Judicial Research and Training Institute, 35th class), who served as a dedicated prosecutor for child abuse and human rights at the Yeoju Branch of Suwon District Prosecutors' Office and as a dedicated prosecutor for victim support at the Seoul Eastern District Prosecutors' Office, retired as a senior prosecutor.


Miha Lim (6th Bar Examination), a graduate of the Korean National Police University, served in the police for 20 years, directly investigating and supervising actual school violence cases as an investigation examiner and head of the Women and Juvenile Investigation Team. She has also served as a member of the School Violence Countermeasures Autonomous Committee, and currently acts as a member of the Minor Offenses Review Committee and the Youth Guidance Review Committee at police stations. Based on her extensive practical experience and expertise, she provides tailored assistance in various school violence matters.


Meanwhile, Sanghyuk Yoon (4th Bar Examination), who previously served as a prosecutor at the Corruption Investigation Office for High-ranking Officials, currently serves as a member of the Youth Guidance Review Committee at police stations and aims to offer appropriate responses to school violence cases based on his practical expertise. Center head Tak stated, "Based on the expertise of the attorneys at the DaeRyukAju School Violence Response Center, we will provide high-quality legal services that stand out in meeting the diverse legal needs related to school violence."
