"I want to top the music charts and perform on the Coachella stage."

On the afternoon of June 18, at the showcase for their first mini album 'BE:1' held at the Shocking K-Pop Center on World Cup Buk-ro, Mapo-gu, Seoul, Hakseong, a member of the rookie boy group BE BOYS, shared his thoughts on their debut in this way.

The group BE BOYS, who officially debuted on this day, is composed of Yunseo, Guhyeon, Minjun, Hakseong, Takuma, and Woncheon. The team's name carries the meaning, "We exist and will prove our value." Five out of the six members have previously appeared on audition survival programs, so their faces are already familiar to many.

The title track, 'I'M SO SORRY BUT I LOVE YOU,' is a funky dance pop song that captures the confessions of boys who cannot hide their emotions. Its quirky and pure energy is considered one of its main charms.

The debut album, which will be released at 6 p.m. on this day, includes a total of four tracks: the title track, 'if i ain't got you,' 'CLOVER,' and 'BE There' (which means "in the name of us").

Hakseong shared, "There was a time when our debut was canceled right before it was supposed to happen, but now that we've made it, I feel happy and like I could fly." He also said, "I feel a sense of responsibility as well."

BE BOYS is made up of members who have appeared on idol survival programs. Takuma, Hakseong, and Woncheon participated in KBS2's 'Make Mate 1,' Guhyeon appeared on MBC's 'Boy Fantasy Season 2,' and Yunseo is from Mnet's 'Build Up.'

The members expressed their determination, saying, "We want to become a famous K-pop group." Guhyeon said, "I want to make music for a long time and be loved," while Yunseo stated, "I want to become a singer so well-known that people across the country recognize our name."
