On June 18, Gyeonggi Province and Gyeonggi Housing and Urban Development Corporation (GH) integrated and relocated the 'Gyeonggi-do Housing Welfare Center' and the 'Gyeonggi-do Jeonse Damage Support Center' to the 'GH Gwanggyo Complex Facility' within Suwon Gyeonggi Convergence Town.
The Housing Welfare Center, which opened in April 2019, had been located in a private building outside of Suwon, while the Jeonse Damage Support Center, which opened in March 2023, was previously situated at the former Gyeonggi Provincial Government building in Paldal, Suwon.

This integration and relocation is expected to enable faster business operations through smooth communication between Gyeonggi Province and GH, which is the entrusted operator of the centers. Accessibility for residents has also improved, as the new location is close to Gwanggyo Jungang Station.
Son Imseong, Director of Urban Housing at Gyeonggi Province, stated, "With this integration and relocation, we will strive to become a metropolitan housing welfare center that provides even more advanced housing welfare services."
