"I Will Pay 1 Billion Won for Decisive Evidence of Election Fraud"
To People Power Party: "Resign If You Lack the Will to Fight"
Korean history instructor Han Gil Jeon announced that he would pay 1 billion won to anyone who provides decisive evidence of election fraud. He stated that he intends to further investigate the suspicions of election fraud that have been consistently raised by some conservative groups.
On June 17, Jeon once again expressed his strong conviction regarding election fraud theories through his YouTube channel, "Jeon Han Gil News." He has previously asserted election fraud theories on multiple occasions, including on YouTube and at the documentary screening of "Election Fraud, God's Work."
Jeon declared, "I am making an official proposal. If you bring decisive tips and evidence, I will give you 1 billion won," and added, "If it is for the sake of saving the Republic of Korea, I can offer it from my own assets. President Lee Jaemyung would also welcome this, as would former candidate Kim Moonsoo, and I am making this official proposal to all journalists."
On June 9, Jeon also criticized the People Power Party through "Jeon Han Gil News." He said, "Look at how the People Power Party is behaving. Candidate Kim Moonsoo, what are you doing? I said it was time to fight, so you should fight," and continued, "The judiciary is collapsing, so shouldn't there be a protest rally right now, whether in Gwanghwamun or Yeouido?"
He continued, "I am making an official request to former candidate Kim and the People Power Party. Why are you condoning the collapse of the judiciary? When is the time to fight?" He also said, "Former candidate Kim and the People Power Party lawmakers should resign. You failed to prevent the impeachment of former President Yoon Sukyeol and lost the administration as well. Shouldn't you take responsibility? What has the People Power Party accomplished?"
He also addressed Kim Yongtae, the Emergency Response Committee Chairman, saying, "Resign. What have you done? Shouldn't you take responsibility?"
