International Flight Ticket Discount Promotion from June 19 to 22
Air Busan will operate charter flights on the Boracay (Kalibo), Philippines route for the summer vacation season. The flights will depart from both Incheon and Busan, targeting the demand for short-term overseas travel.
According to an announcement on June 18, Air Busan will operate the Incheon-Boracay route daily (seven times a week) from July 23 to August 30, and the Busan-Boracay route twice a week (Wednesdays and Saturdays) from July 26 to August 16.
The departure times for flights from Incheon vary depending on the day of the week. On Mondays, the flight is scheduled to depart from Incheon Airport at 7:05 p.m. and arrive at Boracay Kalibo Airport at 10:55 p.m. The return flight departs from Kalibo at 11:55 p.m. and arrives in Incheon at 5:25 a.m. the following day.
For the Busan route, flights depart from Gimhae Airport at 8:55 p.m. and arrive locally at 12:35 a.m., just after midnight. The return flight departs at 1:35 a.m. and is scheduled to arrive at Gimhae Airport at 7:05 a.m.
A discounted airfare promotion will also be held. From 11:00 a.m. on June 19 to June 22, special international flight tickets will be sold through the Air Busan website and mobile app. The Boracay charter flights are also included in the promotion. The travel period for the discounted tickets matches the charter flight operation period.
An Air Busan representative stated, "Boracay is a popular summer vacation destination due to its short flight time and reasonable travel expenses," and added, "We will expand customer options by offering routes tailored to seasonal demand."
