More Than 70% Practice-Based Training Earns High Praise
On June 17, Baekseok University announced that it had been selected as an outstanding institution in the "K-Hightech Platform Joint Training Center Performance Evaluation," which was organized by the Ministry of Employment and Labor and the Human Resources Development Service of Korea.
This evaluation was conducted for 40 institutions nationwide, with key criteria including practice-oriented training operations and the establishment of field-responsive education systems.
Baekseok University structured more than 70% of its training as practical exercises, operating hands-on education programs based on new digital technologies. This was highly rated as a case of nurturing talent that meets industrial demand.
Lee Geunho, head of the K-Hightech Platform Project Group, stated, "We will continue our dedicated efforts and generous support to enhance the digital capabilities of local workers and future talent," adding, "Through practice-oriented training, we will consistently produce the talent required by the industry field."
