Connects Users to Expert Consultations
On June 17, Kakao Pay announced the launch of "AI Health Management," the first service offered through its generative artificial intelligence (AI)-based consultation bot channel, "PayAI."
The service provides personalized health and insurance consultations based on users' health data, and when users request insurance analysis, it informs them of their current insurance coverage status based on their health information.
A Kakao Pay representative stated, "We will continue to enhance the service by focusing on user feedback, and in the future, we plan to expand the scope of PayAI beyond the existing financial sector to include areas closely related to users' daily lives."
