Anyone Can Participate
Submissions Accepted via National Petition Portal and More
Muju County in North Jeolla Province is operating a proposal system to improve administrative systems, enhance efficiency, and upgrade administrative services.
According to the county on June 17, the newly implemented proposal system is open to anyone interested in the development of Muju County administration.
The county also plans to activate the public participation proposal system by implementing a "one person, one proposal" policy for public officials and by actively linking received civil complaints to the proposal system.
Ideas can be submitted year-round without any deadline via the National Petition Portal, by mail, or in person.
Proposals may include: ▲Suggestions for improving systems to enhance the convenience of residents' daily lives ▲Ways to increase administrative efficiency ▲Ideas expected to reduce expenses or increase revenue, and ▲Any other ideas that could contribute to the development of Muju County administration.
The Muju County Proposal Review Committee plans to evaluate the submitted proposals based on creativity, economic feasibility, efficiency, practicality, scope of application, sustainability, and level of effort, and will decide whether to adopt them.
Yoo Sunghyun, head of the Planning Team at the Planning and Coordination Office, said, "Everyone's interest and ideas are the driving force behind making Muju a happier place for all," and urged, "We ask for your participation to help make Muju even better."
