Gyeonggi Housing and Urban Development Corporation (GH) will offer one parcel of land designated for apartment housing within the Pyeongtaek Posing (BIX) District of the Gyeonggi Free Economic Zone through a lottery system.
The parcel available for supply is Block A-1, with an area of 37,904 square meters and a supply price of 39.7 billion KRW.
This A-1 Block is the only parcel for general apartment housing supply in the Pyeongtaek Posing (BIX) District. With a building coverage ratio of 50% and a floor area ratio of 220%, up to 911 units can be built, including 410 units with an exclusive area of 60 square meters or less and 501 units between 60 and 85 square meters, with buildings permitted up to 30 stories high.
The Pyeongtaek Posing (BIX) District is a core hub of the Gyeonggi Free Economic Zone, being developed near Pyeongtaek Port in the Heegok-ri area of Poseung-eup, Pyeongtaek City. Covering a total area of 2,040,000 square meters, the district features 780,000 square meters of industrial land, 550,000 square meters of logistics land, as well as residential facilities, neighborhood living facilities, and other support facilities.
The supply schedule is set for June 30, with applicants selected through application and lottery. The purchase price can be paid in installments over up to five years.
