The Gwangju Community Chest of Korea announced on June 16 that it held a plaque presentation ceremony after 19 executive companies and 24 enterprises affiliated with the Innobiz Association Gwangju Jeonnam Branch joined as a group under the 'Sharing Companies' program.
The ceremony for joining the Sharing Companies program was attended by Park Heungcheol, Secretary General of the Community Chest of Korea, Kim Yonggu, President of the Innobiz Association Gwangju Jeonnam Branch, and representatives of the executive companies.
The 'Our Neighborhood Sharing Hero' campaign was established by the Gwangju Community Chest of Korea to encourage individuals and companies to voluntarily participate in donations and contribute to building a warmer local community.
The companies that participated in this campaign as Sharing Companies are: NexAuto Co., Ltd., Hyundai Hi-Tech Co., Ltd., GreenENS Co., Ltd., Geumseong Film Co., Ltd., NewBio Co., Ltd., Green Technology Research Institute Co., Ltd., NewGreen Korea Co., Ltd., DigitalTech Co., Ltd., Labco Co., Ltd., BionC Innovator Co., Ltd., Samsung Wire Mesh Co., Ltd., Seongil Livestock Cooperative Corporation, Shinsomaterial Industry Co., Ltd., Shinjin Precision Co., Ltd., Anycell Co., Ltd., YesBio Co., Ltd., Optonics Co., Ltd., Protech Co., Ltd., Hi-Tech Industry Development Co., Ltd., Wither Co., Ltd., KNet Co., Ltd., Yulwon Engineering Co., Ltd., Jangdeok Metal Co., Ltd., and Korea 2M Co., Ltd., totaling 24 companies.
Kim Yonggu, President of the Innobiz Association Gwangju Jeonnam Branch, stated, "The participation of our member companies in this sharing initiative goes beyond simple donation; it is a sincere step by companies seeking to coexist with the local community," and added, "We will continue our efforts to foster a culture of social responsibility among small and medium-sized enterprises."
Meanwhile, since the launch of the 'Our Neighborhood Sharing Hero' campaign in April, 23 individuals as Sharing Leaders and 38 corporations as Sharing Companies have participated in donations.
