On June 16, the Sejong City Office of Education Institute announced that it had replaced four aging air conditioners and humidifiers in its computer system rooms to provide high-quality educational information services.
According to the Institute, the replaced air conditioners and humidifiers include two units in the Educational Information System Office and two units in the Educational Portal System Office, for a total of four units.
The computer system rooms at the Sejong Education Institute serve as core information and communications infrastructure, processing major information services for the Sejong City Office of Education and its affiliated institutions, such as NEIS (National Education Information System), K-EduFine, and the websites of directly affiliated organizations and schools. The recent replacement is expected to support the stable operation of these systems.
Woo Taeje, Director of the Institute, stated, "By replacing the air conditioners and humidifiers, the computer system rooms will be able to maintain a more stable environment, which is expected to enable smoother provision of educational information services. We will continue to do our best to improve the quality of Sejong's educational information services through ongoing infrastructure upgrades."
