Actor Jang Geunsuk announced on June 16 that he has entered into a partnership with VAST Entertainment, the agency of Hyun Bin.
On this day, both VAST Entertainment and Jang Geunsuk's agency, Craft42 ENT, stated regarding the contract, "It was made possible based on long-standing trust," and added, "Both companies will collaborate in various ways so that Jang Geunsuk can fully demonstrate his abilities through his works."
Jang Geunsuk debuted as a children's clothing model at the age of six in 1993. He has appeared in the sitcom 'Nonstop 4' (2003), the dramas 'Hwang Jini' (2006), 'You're Beautiful' (2009), 'Bel Ami' (2014), as well as the films 'The Case of Itaewon Homicide' (2009) and 'Happy Life' (2017), establishing himself as a Hallyu star in countries such as Japan and China.
VAST Entertainment is an actor-centered management company founded by Hyun Bin and his longtime acting mentor, CEO Kang Geontaek. The company represents actors such as Ryu Hyeyoung and Shin Dohyun.
