Korea Credit Data Launches 'Cashini', an AI Assistant for Small Business Owners

Korea Credit Data (KCD), the operator of the small business management service 'Cash Note,' announced on June 16 that it has launched 'Cashini,' an artificial intelligence (AI) assistant designed to resolve business owners' questions in real time at the management site.

Cashini, newly introduced on Cash Note, is an AI service that helps manage business operations based on store data. To use Cashini, users can simply ask questions?without navigating through separate menus?to check practical management information such as sales, expected deposit amounts, commercial district analysis, and store review analysis.

KCD highlighted Cashini's ability to understand and respond to questions based on actual management data as its key advantage. Unlike simple internet search-type chatbots, Cashini provides contextual responses by integrating internal sales and deposit data from Cash Note, customer service information, and commercial district comparison APIs. For example, when asked questions like "What were this week's sales?", "Can you write a promotional phrase for our store?", or "How does this month's sales compare to other businesses in our neighborhood?", the AI interprets the data directly and provides answers. It reads real-time management data from actual stores and delivers specific, practical responses.

Any Cash Note member can use Cashini. Korea Credit Data plans to gradually expand AI technology in the small business sector, starting with the launch of Cashini. Additional features such as voice recognition, recommendation-based business alerts, and sales prediction Q&A will also be introduced. In the future, the company aims to develop Cashini into a business assistant AI service capable of offering advice on users' moods as well.
