Munjeong Biz Valley is a major economic hub in southeastern Seoul, home to over 3,000 companies in the Munjeong district. The district operates a dedicated online recruitment center for companies based in Munjeong Biz Valley on JobKorea to address local companies' workforce shortages and provide high-quality job opportunities for job seekers.

The district plans to run an intensive promotional period for two months until August 17, 2025, aiming to expand connections between outstanding companies and job seekers. The frequency of job postings exposure on the JobKorea website will be increased, and special benefits will be provided to both companies and job seekers.

The district will place a promotional banner for the specialized recruitment center prominently on the JobKorea homepage to maximize the effect of job posting exposure. Select participating companies will receive the benefit of being able to directly search for top talent and invite them to apply. For job seekers, the first 50 applicants will be offered a free personality and competency assessment worth 10,000 KRW.

Any job seeker can view job postings on the specialized recruitment center without logging in, and companies located in Munjeong-dong wishing to post job openings can apply through the official Songpa-gu website. For more detailed information on how to participate, contact the Songpa-gu Economic Promotion Division at 02-2147-4933.

Meanwhile, last year, the Munjeong Biz Valley Specialized Recruitment Center posted 820 job openings from 265 companies and ultimately hired 153 people. Notably, 78% of those hired were in their 20s and 30s, demonstrating a strong employment effect for young people. By industry, 25% of participating companies were in information and communications, followed by 20% in wholesale and retail.

Song Kangseok, Mayor of Songpa-gu, stated, "I hope the Munjeong Biz Valley Specialized Recruitment Center will become a vibrant hiring platform where small and medium-sized enterprises facing recruitment challenges and talented individuals can connect," adding, "We will continue to do our best to implement diverse job policies that can invigorate the local community."
