Hamyang County Holds Celebration Event for the 1,000th Finisher of All 15 Peaks in "Oreul GO Hamyang"

Various Events Planned to Sustain Enthusiasm for Participation
Contributing to Economic Vitality with Local Gift Certificates

The number of participants in the "Oreul GO Hamyang" app, a project by Hamyang County in South Gyeongsang Province to certify the completion of climbs on 15 famous mountains, surpassed 11,000 as of June 9, 2025. In addition, the number of people who have completed all 15 peaks exceeded 950, signaling continued success in content operation.


In response, the county has organized a celebratory event to mark the birth of the 1,000th person to complete all 15 peaks, aiming to maintain the enthusiasm for participation in "Oreul GO Hamyang."

This event is being held for those who have completed all climbs. The 1,000th finisher will receive a commemorative gift set from "Oreul GO Hamyang." Additionally, as consolation prizes, the 1,004th finisher will receive 20,000 app points, and the 999th finisher will receive 10,000 app points. These app points can be exchanged for Hamyang Love Gift Certificates.


An official from Hamyang County stated, "We hope that more people will participate in the 'Oreul GO Hamyang' completion certification, receive commemorative gifts, and enjoy the famous mountains of Hamyang. We will continue to hold various events for participants of 'Oreul GO Hamyang' to make participation in the content even more enjoyable."


Meanwhile, "Oreul GO Hamyang" is a project that rewards those who climb 15 mountains over 1,000 meters above sea level, including Jirisan and Deogyusan, with local gift certificates and commemorative medals. The project is contributing to revitalizing the local economy and increasing the resident population in Hamyang County.
