On June 13, X (formerly Twitter) user A posted a photo of the Acrovista arcade, stating, "I saw him when I stepped out to smoke." The photo shows former President Yoon walking with two bodyguards. He was dressed in a navy short-sleeved T-shirt and black long pants.

User A commented, "It's outrageous that he doesn't even respond to the (police) summons," adding, "Just a few months ago, crowds gathered because of that man, and now seeing him like this is unbelievable." The user also mentioned, "I work part-time nearby, and last time I even saw Kim (presumed to be Kim Keonhee, the former First Lady)." The post attracted significant attention, surpassing 2.5 million views.

Previously, on June 12, the day the police special investigation unit issued its second summons, former President Yoon did not respond to the summons. On the same morning, there were reports of him walking through the underground shopping mall at Acrovista in Seocho-gu, Seoul. He was reportedly wearing short sleeves and shorts, again accompanied by bodyguards. Some have criticized him for refusing to comply with the summons while freely spending his leisure time.

Yoon Seokyoul's attorney, Yoon Gapgeun, argued, "The attempt by the Corruption Investigation Office for High-ranking Officials (CIO) to execute an arrest warrant is an illegal and invalid exercise of official duties," and added, "Even if there was a response to the CIO's unlawful attempt to execute an arrest warrant, charges such as obstruction of special official duties or abuse of authority cannot be applied to the suspect or the officials from the Presidential Security Service."

His casual attire stood out in contrast to the surrounding citizens. On May 5, he was also reportedly seen walking a Golden Retriever with bodyguards near Dongjak Bridge.

Meanwhile, former President Yoon has refused to comply with two police summonses. The police emergency martial law special investigation unit stated, "We have determined that a face-to-face investigation is necessary for former President Yoon, who did not comply with the second summons, and have sent a third summons." The date for the third summons is June 19. If he fails to comply with the third summons as well, authorities are reportedly considering measures such as emergency arrest or applying for a detention warrant without arrest.
