On June 15 (local time), President Trump threatened on his Truth Social account, "If we are attacked by Iran in any way, shape, or form, the full force and might of the U.S. military will descend upon them at levels never seen before."

He reiterated that the United States is not involved in the ongoing Israeli airstrikes against Iran. He stated, "The United States has nothing to do with tonight's attack on Iran," adding, "We can facilitate easy negotiations between Iran and Israel and bring an end to this bloody conflict."

While he mentioned the possibility of negotiations between Iran and Israel, it remains uncertain whether such talks will materialize. Israel is expected to continue its attacks on key personnel and infrastructure in an effort to dismantle Iran's command structure for the time being.

As the clashes triggered by Israel's large-scale airstrikes on June 13 have continued for a third day, prevailing analysis suggests that nuclear negotiations between the United States and Iran are already off the table. The sixth round of nuclear talks, originally scheduled for this day, has already been canceled. Experts are concerned that this conflict could become prolonged.

Meanwhile, Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi urged Israel to halt its attacks first. In a meeting with foreign diplomats broadcast on state TV, Minister Araghchi stated, "If the attacks stop, of course we will also cease our retaliatory measures." This was the first time Minister Araghchi had made a public statement since Israel's surprise attack began on June 13.
