Professor Kim Daehee (majoring in Marine Sports) at Pukyong National University has received the Excellent Paper Award from the Korea Sports Entertainment Law Association (President Nam Giyeon).

Professor Kim was awarded the Excellent Paper Award for his paper, "A Legal Review of Placement Standards for Sports Instructors," at the association's Spring Joint Academic Conference, which was recently held at Olympia Hall in Olympic Parktel, Seoul.
The paper was highly evaluated for pointing out the limitations in the effectiveness of the law, despite the existence of mandatory placement regulations for sports instructors in sports facilities businesses, and for presenting necessary legal amendments to create a safer environment for the use of sports facilities.
In this paper, Professor Kim was recognized for his research achievements, including proposals to strengthen the mandatory placement of sports instructors in sports facilities businesses, such as establishing a regulation for the constant placement of sports instructors, strengthening legal responsibilities for non-compliance, and enhancing the management and supervision of the placement obligation.
Professor Kim Daehee is an expert in laws, systems, policies, and safety related to various fields of sports, including school sports, recreational sports, and e-sports, and is actively engaged in education and research activities.
