Lego Korea (LEGO Group) announced on June 13 that it will hold a promotion to celebrate the unveiling of its new "Lego One Piece" products, offering a trip to Japan to customers who pre-order.
The "Lego One Piece" series, revealed on June 9, is the LEGO Group's first product themed around an Asian animation and is scheduled for official release on August 1. To commemorate this launch, Lego Korea will run a pre-order promotion for five new "Lego One Piece" products on its official Naver online store until the end of next month.
Among the five new products, one customer who pre-orders the "Going Merry Pirate Ship" set will be selected by lottery to receive a trip to Japan in August, including round-trip airfare for two and accommodation. The winner will be announced on August 1, and pre-ordered products will be shipped sequentially starting from the official release date.
A Lego Korea representative said, "Through this promotion, we hope customers will be the first to experience 'Lego One Piece' and enjoy a special opportunity to travel to Japan, the country of 'One Piece,' this coming summer."
