The event was held on June 1 under the theme "The Era of AI: Changes and Opportunities in English Education."
This lecture was organized to help branch managers respond to the future educational environment as the adoption of artificial intelligence (AI) technology in education accelerates. Oh, who completed the doctoral program at KAIST Graduate School of Data Science and has experience with numerous global companies, shared specific examples of how technology and education should converge.
The lecture covered the development of generative AI, such as ChatGPT, and introduced various AI tools that can be utilized in academy operations. In particular, concrete examples of AI applications in education?such as automated grading, progress analysis, pronunciation correction, and personalized learning?drew significant interest from attendees.
During the Q&A session, branch managers discussed practical concerns such as the cost of implementing AI, specific methods of utilization, and strategies for convincing parents. The participating branch managers expressed high satisfaction, as they were provided with actionable solutions that could be immediately applied in their institutions.
