The ComeUp 2025 Advisory Committee consists of a total of 46 members, with Han Sangwoo, Chairman of KOSPO, serving as the committee chair. During the meeting, participants discussed the overall event operation plan and program structure for this year, based on the major achievements of last year’s ComeUp.

The investment division includes Lee Jonghun, CEO of Explo Investment; Kang Dongmin, CEO of Murex Partners; Jung Geunho, CEO of Stick Ventures; Kang Shinhyuk, CEO of Coolidge Corner Investment; Ha Taehun, CEO of We Ventures; Kim Jineon, Managing Director of Quantum Ventures Korea; Kim Jinsu, Managing Director of KT Investment; Koo Junghoe, Executive Director of LB Investment; Lee Jia, Managing Director of KB Investment; and Son Minho, Vice President of Enlight Ventures. They will provide advice for the successful hosting of ComeUp by leveraging their expertise in the venture investment field.

ComeUp 2025 is the largest startup event in Korea, attracting startups, investors, and other stakeholders from the global startup ecosystem. This year, it will be held from December 10 to 12 at COEX in Gangnam-gu, Seoul. With the VC Association, KOSPO, and the Korea Venture Business Association?major institutions in Korea’s venture and startup ecosystem?jointly organizing the event, the goal is to encourage even more diverse startup participation. The event aims to go beyond simple exhibitions and pitch sessions, signaling its evolution into a global platform that connects various players in the global startup ecosystem.

A differentiated direction for this year’s ComeUp is the introduction of a global linkage strategy by setting targets by country and region. The event will establish detailed plans that reflect the unique characteristics and investment demands of startup markets in major ecosystems such as Asia, North America, and Europe, as well as emerging markets including Africa, India, and South America.

The scope of invitees will also expand beyond investors and startups from each country to include governments, relevant support organizations, global corporations, large enterprises, mid-sized companies, and venture businesses, thereby providing a venue for practical international networking and business collaboration.

Kim Hakkyun, Chairman of the VC Association, stated, "Beginning this year, our association will co-host ComeUp 2025, Korea’s largest startup festival, and we will do our utmost to revitalize the subdued venture investment ecosystem." He added, "Unlike previous ComeUp events, we are preparing for the participation of many venture investment institutions so that investors and innovative companies can connect and engage at this event."
