The group SEVENTEEN has climbed to the upper ranks of the main Billboard album chart in the United States with their fifth full-length album, according to their agency Pledis Entertainment on June 11.
According to the latest chart (dated June 14) released by Billboard on June 10 (local time), SEVENTEEN's fifth studio album, 'HAPPY BURSTDAY,' ranked No. 2 on the 'Billboard 200.' This marks the group's third time achieving their highest-ever position on the chart, following their 10th mini album 'FML' and 11th mini album 'SEVENTEENTH HEAVEN.'
With this album, SEVENTEEN topped three charts: 'Top Album Sales,' 'Top Current Album Sales,' and 'World Albums.' Among these, they reached No. 1 on the 'Top Album Sales' chart for the seventh time in their career.
The title track 'THUNDER' also entered major charts across the board. The song ranked No. 14 on the 'Global Excl. US' chart, No. 41 on the 'Global 200' chart, and No. 8 on the 'World Digital Song Sales' chart. SEVENTEEN also placed No. 4 on the 'Artist 100' chart.
Meanwhile, on the same day, SEVENTEEN will release the music video for their new song 'Bad Influence (Prod. by Pharrell Williams),' a collaboration with Pharrell Williams.
