Korea Rail Network Authority Director Lee Seonghae Inspects Ballast Replacement Site Between Pyeongtaek and Seonghwan Stations on Gyeongbu Line

The Korea Rail Network Authority announced that at 1:00 a.m. on the 11th, Director Lee Seonghae visited the site where ballast replacement and maintenance work was being carried out on the tracks between Pyeongtaek Station and Seonghwan Station on the Gyeongbu Line to inspect the progress of the work.

Previously, on the 9th, Director Lee boarded a KTX high-speed line inspection train departing from Gwangmyeong Station and arriving at Iksan Station to check for any abnormalities in the train's power supply and to inspect the on-site safety management of railway facilities.

Director Lee stated, "We will do our utmost to ensure the safety and quality management of railway facilities so that the public can use the railway with peace of mind."
