All Internship Graduates to Receive Exemption from Document Screening for Entry-Level Positions
KB Kookmin Bank is recruiting applicants for its "2025 Summer Experiential Internship" program, aiming to provide practical financial experience to talents who will lead the future financial market. The recruitment areas are a total of three: IB, Capital Markets, and Global.
Applications will be accepted until June 17, and candidates can apply via the KB Kookmin Bank recruitment website. The hiring process consists of four stages: document screening, competency assessment, video interview, and personality test. All stages will be conducted online for the convenience of applicants.
The final successful candidates are expected to be announced in early July. Those selected will work for eight weeks starting July 7 at KB Kookmin Bank’s headquarters departments, participating in various activities designed to strengthen practical financial skills, including basic training by division, project assignments, and mentoring programs.
KB Kookmin Bank will grant all interns who complete the program an exemption from the document screening stage when applying for entry-level positions. In addition, outstanding and top-performing interns will be offered further benefits, such as exemption from the written test.
