This instructor holds a "Creative Experiential Activity Instructor" certificate issued by Reebak School in May of last year and was found to have operated fairy tale reading and book play programs for lower grade students at two elementary schools in Gwangju. The Office of Education explained, based on on-site inspections at the schools, that "it appears no programs directly related to Reebak School were operated."

The Office of Education stated that there had been no complaints regarding politically biased classes or similar issues, but added that a direct investigation involving students and parents has not yet been conducted. This year, a total of 2,510 instructors are participating in the Neulbom School programs being run at 155 elementary schools in Gwangju. The Office of Education plans to take measures such as requesting investigations and terminating contracts if any illegalities are confirmed through a second joint investigation with the Ministry of Education.
