On June 10, Jeollanam-do held the 2025 Labor-Management-Government-Community Industrial Peace Practice Conference at Boseong Davichi Condo, attended by approximately 300 representatives from labor, management, government, and the community. The participants pledged to create a favorable investment environment for businesses by establishing cooperative labor-management relations.


The event was attended by key figures representing labor, management, government, and the community, including Jeollanam-do Governor Kim Youngrok, Lee Sinwon, Chairperson of the Jeonnam Federation of Korean Trade Unions, Lee Doyoung, Head of the Gwangju Regional Employment and Labor Office, Shin Myunggyun, Chairperson of the Jeonnam Employers Federation, and Ko Yoomi, Vice Chairperson of the Jeonnam Branch of the Korea Consumer Education Central Association.


They agreed to work together to create a favorable investment environment through cooperative labor-management relations, with the goal of ushering in a "Happy Era of Jeonnam Soaring to the World."


The event proceeded in the following order: progress report, opening remarks, encouragement speech by the governor, congratulatory and welcoming remarks, adoption and signing of the Industrial Peace Practice Declaration, and a commemorative photo session.


In particular, the representatives adopted a resolution on industrial peace practice for the creation of win-win jobs and improvement of the dual structure of working conditions, and the attending representatives from labor, management, government, and the community personally signed the declaration.


Governor Kim stated, "With the inauguration of President Lee Jaemyung, we are entering a new era of change, and it is important to create a society where labor is respected and everyone's rights are guaranteed. Let us join forces so that Jeollanam-do becomes the best place to work and do business in Korea."
