Delivering the Message: "Growth for All of Korea Together with Small Business Owners"
The Korea Federation of Micro Enterprises announced on June 10 that it will begin radio advertisements starting this month.
The federation's radio advertisements will be broadcast from June 10 on programs such as "Haha's Super Radio," which airs every day from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. on KBS Cool FM.
The radio campaign was launched to deliver messages of courage and hope to small business owners facing an unprecedented crisis in the era of one million business closures, and to promote both the role and participation of the Korea Federation of Micro Enterprises, the only legally recognized economic organization for small business owners in Korea.
The advertisements highlight the importance and familiarity of small business owners, who serve as beacons of hope that light up neighborhoods and as neighbors who revitalize local communities. They also express the hope that South Korea and its small business owners will continue to grow together.
Song Chiyoung, president of the federation, stated, "We decided to launch these radio advertisements to deliver courage and hope to small business owners facing an unprecedented crisis, and with the hope that everyone in Korea will support small businesses." He added, "With the radio campaign beginning alongside the launch of the new administration, we will renew our commitment as the representative legal economic organization for small business owners and do our utmost to serve as a driving force in overcoming this crisis."
