VT Enters ULTA Beauty in the US and Boots in the UK, Accelerating Global Market Expansion

VT Cosmetics (hereafter referred to as VT), a comprehensive beauty company, announced on June 10 that it has officially entered ULTA Beauty, the leading beauty specialty channel in the United States, and Boots, the largest drugstore in the United Kingdom.


Starting on June 8, VT launched a non-permanent pop-up display at ULTA Beauty. From mid-July, a total of nine key products will be sequentially introduced to regular shelves, with the ultimate goal of entering all ULTA Beauty stores and accelerating its expansion into the North American market.


VT plans to gradually expand its product lineup from ULTA Beauty's online mall to all offline stores, focusing on a differentiated skincare line, including its flagship product, Reedle Shot. The company will implement localized marketing strategies tailored to local consumers. This strategic entry reflects both the positive response from Costco's online mall since last year and the growing demand for K-beauty in the United States.


ULTA Beauty is a major chain that carries a wide range of global beauty brands across approximately 1,400 offline stores and an online platform throughout the United States. With this entry, VT expects not only to diversify its channels in North America but also to enhance brand awareness and achieve substantial sales growth.


Last week, VT also successfully entered Boots, the largest drugstore chain in the United Kingdom, thereby accelerating its efforts to secure key footholds in Europe. According to the British daily The Guardian, from December of last year to February of this year, a Korean skincare product was sold at Boots approximately every 15 seconds. VT's products are also expected to attract attention in the rapidly growing K-beauty market in the United Kingdom.


A VT representative stated, "As we continue to expand new channels in major overseas markets such as the United States and the United Kingdom, we will pursue aggressive overseas expansion to achieve sustained growth."
