The police have launched an investigation after receiving a report that a post plotting a terror attack against President Lee Jaemyung's family was uploaded online.

On June 10, the Seongbuk Police Station in Seoul announced that they had begun a preliminary investigation after receiving a report around 10 p.m. the previous day about a post on social media (SNS) threatening a terror attack against the President's family.
According to the police, the post mentioned the date and location of President Lee's son, Lee Dongho's, wedding and stated, "I think I can get the license plate number of the incoming vehicle." The post was uploaded under a category titled "Eradicate at Once."
The police plan to track down the author and investigate the circumstances behind the post.
