The main star of the 78th Tony Awards was the Korean original musical "Maybe Happy Ending."
"Maybe Happy Ending" swept the major categories at the 78th Tony Awards held on June 8 (local time) at Radio City Music Hall in New York, United States, taking home a total of six awards, including the top honor in the musical category, Best Musical. In addition to Best Musical, it also won Best Book, Best Score, Best Direction, Best Leading Actor, and Best Scenic Design.
"Maybe Happy Ending," which had been nominated in a record ten categories at this year's Tony Awards, went on to claim the distinction of winning the most awards of the night.
