17th "Solomon's Choice" Event Held Successfully
Shin Sangjin, Mayor of Seongnam, shared the news that the 17th meeting of the youth matchmaking program "Solomon's Choice" was successfully held, expressing his support for young people to find happy relationships.
On June 8, Mayor Shin posted on his social media, "'Solomon's Choice' has reached its 17th meeting today. I hope that the young participants, who overcame a competition rate of 8:1 to attend, will be able to form good relationships and even get married," expressing his high expectations for the program.
Mayor Shin added, "We are using AI to analyze MBTI personality types and increase the matching rate, so I expect good results," and noted, "Last week, we achieved successful matching rates of 68% and 54%."
"Solomon's Choice" is a program operated by Seongnam City to support healthy relationships and marriage among young people. It attempts more precise matches by analyzing participants' psychological tendencies and personality types (MBTI). The core goal is to go beyond simple blind dates and foster meaningful meetings and relationship building.
Mayor Shin has consistently shown a strong interest in youth policies.
Seongnam City plans to continue expanding opportunities for young people to form real connections and to promote healthy values regarding marriage and family, through "Solomon's Choice" and a variety of other youth-tailored policies.
